I am giving temporary housing to an amazing young cat, Toby. He's about a year old, up to date on shots. He isn't fixed but he can be fixed before going to his fur-ever home.
He is super playful and so loving and smart. If you want the maintenance of a cat, but the love and attention of a dog this is the cat for you. He wants to cuddle and play all the time, he's incredibly trainable if you want a cat who can do tricks. He is very intuitive and generally understands what you want from him even on the first time.
The only reason I can't keep him is that he has FHV. He doesn't currently have any symptoms, and it's believed he has it because his mom had it. The symptoms are sneezing, goopy eyes, upper respiratory issues. This is very spread-y (only to other cats) so he should be the only cat in the home and be indoor only. Typically this takes a toll on kittens and elderly or sick cats (which he is not).
If you have any questions I would be happy answer them!
