I have for sale two (2) cemetery plots in Sunset Hills Memorial Gardens. They are side by side companion grave sites. Situated in the Garden of Devotion section. This includes one (1) marker and one (1) vault. Marker may be upgraded to a companion marker at no extra charge. Sites are located in section J, plots 5 & 6. Sunset Hill Cemetery address is, 6615 US Route 322, Cranberry PA, 16319. This is outside of Franklin PA.

Current price for an individual plot is $1,995. I am asking $3,000 for both. There is a $400 transfer fee to the cemetery. Will not sell separately.

Payment is to be in cash at the time of transfer.

I am selling for another individual and will answer all questions.
